Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Efficient AI client dashboard and related voice-agent services (the “Service”), operated by Efficient AI LLC (“Efficient AI,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Efficient AI provides AI-powered voice agents (“AI receptionists”) that answer calls, capture information, and book appointments on your behalf, together with a dashboard where you can review call activity, listen to recordings, read transcripts, and view your usage and invoices.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use the phone numbers and business information you configure.
3. Fees and billing
Usage is billed per minute of call time at the rate agreed for your account, plus any monthly retainer. Charges accrue as calls occur and are invoiced through our payment processor, Stripe. By adding a payment method you authorize us to charge it for amounts due. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes; to violate telemarketing, call-recording, or consumer-protection laws applicable to your calls; or to interfere with the Service’s operation. You are responsible for complying with laws governing call recording and disclosure in the jurisdictions where your callers are located.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Retell AI (voice), Stripe (payments), Supabase (data storage and authentication), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI agents may make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Efficient AI’s total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
